The ISO 22000 combines the requirements of ISO 9001 and of HACCP - directive (Harvard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Each costumer is estimating after the scandals within the food branch appropriate safety of food.
This norm represents a wide scale in the food sector. The process oriented application can be applied by farmers up to the end user.
